Welcome to the Largs Bay RSL

The formation of the Largs Bay RSL Sub-Branch dates back to March 15, 1947, when 16 WW11 Veterans signed a petition seeking to establish their independent Sub-Branch, having previously belonged to the Semaphore RSL Sub-Branch. The request was delivered to the RSL Headquarters located in South Australia, which resulted in an Official Opening event taking place on May 28, 1947. During the proceedings, the Vice President of the RSL's South Australian division presented the Charter.
